The Account Executive serves as the primary day-to-day contact for our clients. As their go-to resource, you’ll provide strategic guidance and maintain a trusted relationship to meet and exceed their objectives.

Advocating for the Client
Your objective is to excellently serve our clients, ensuring they’re happy with the Agency. You collaborate with our clients, and you advocate for what they need while also helping them understand exactly what the agency delivers. While client interactions may not always be perfect, managing expectations is key to a healthy partnership.
Leading the Client Strategically
You keep the client’s objectives front and center and lead the client and our team with a strategic vision. You request and collect the necessary information from the client, even when managing competing schedules and deadlines. You tactfully resolve conflict and keep the client happy in the process. You scope and propose solutions, exceed growth goals, and manage regular reporting reviews.
Liaison with the Team
With high attention to detail and organizational skills, you coordinate with the client and the internal project management team to make sure projects flow through the studio effectively and efficiently. You hold all parties accountable to the mutual commitment of projects staying
on-time and on-budget.
Growing Accounts
You love to sell. You are able to qualify client needs by advising and not order taking. You keep your clients informed of our products and services and continuously seek additional ways to add value in the relationship.
Presenting
You feel natural on stage and have a demonstrated talent in giving powerful presentations. Prospective clients want to meet who they will be working with: you! You join the new business team on pitches and you deftly communicate our service offerings, Proven Process, and case studies to ensure a winning pitch.
