The Brand Manager is an innovative brand enthusiast that serves as the lead liaison between the agency and assigned Client accounts.


The Brand Manager is responsible for managing overall brand programs for Real Estate Client accounts, ensuring the on-time and on-budget execution of programs in support of the strategic brand platform and Client objectives. This person must be an effective project manager with proven ability in managing budgets, orchestrating execution and measuring results. The Brand Manager interfaces with the various departments of the agency to process projects on behalf of the Client. The Brand Manager must be knowledgeable in both Real Estate and the agency business as well as demonstrate strategic planning and budget management skills to ensure effective execution, integration and evolution of Client programs.


The Brand Manager must be a self-starter, strategic thinker, optimistic problem solver and idea shaper. This position requires strong verbal and written communications skills, a capability for analytical thinking, fiscal responsibility and budget management skills, dynamic presentation skills, personal organization and excellent

interpersonal skills.


Reports to the Director of Brand Service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages overall Brand Plan implementation as scheduled. Organizes, prioritizes and spearheads initiation of concurrent Brand Plan initiatives in a timely manner.
  • Analyzes Client input and research, probes for pertinent details, identifies, collects and reviews supportive Client reference and creative assets.
  • Develops comprehensive project briefs and job start memos and leads job start meetings with the agency team on planned initiatives, including presenting the project scope, mandatories, specifications, budget allocation, deadlines, Client expectations and other relevant project details.
  • Tracks progress of projects to ensure work is continually on-strategy, on-time and on-budget. Communicates to project teams updated budget based on tracking and schedule updates.
  • Prepares for and leads Client meetings, including Agenda preparation and timely Client Conference Reports/Diary Posts. During meetings, evaluates program effectiveness, gives strategic input and clearly communicates next steps.
  • In collaboration with agency team, leads content generation and execution for website and social media for all agency accounts, including developing content and publishing to social media platforms.
  • Delights Clients through extraordinary service and expert consultation; ensures positive and profitable growth of all Client accounts.
  • Proactively seeks Client input and feedback to ensure satisfaction with agency performance.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years minimum at an agency with real estate experience.
  • Master-planned work preferred.
