As a Client Success Strategist, you will regularly interact with clients each week, form relationships, and be instrumental in co-creating the strategies that will help them achieve important results for their brands. You will become a trusted partner to them, delivering agency work that helps each client succeed, while building relationships that may ultimately turn into long-term friendships.
In The Short Term, You Will:
- Get introduced to our clients, what we do for them, and the process of how we deliver creative work in each team
- Translate client needs into specific creative project briefs, identifying the specific goal(s) of the project, budget, and timeline to hand off to our agency Project Manager (a separate role).
- Pitching new ideas you discover as you ask the most important questions
- Manage the big-picture execution of the brand strategies - are we successful in that strategy? If not, what needs to change?
In The Long Term, You Will:
- You will act in support of the strategic sales effort in onboarding new clients, being part of the initial discovery and strategy-writing process.
- You'll lead brainstorming and strategy sessions with your clients to come up with creative solutions to their business challenges.
- You'll be responsible for the growth of specific client relationships by delivering agency work that helps each client succeed while building long-term client-to-agency trust.
- They also serve clients, communicate proactively, address any problems that may arise, and develop close relationships with clients, with a view to maintaining high retention and new business referral rates.
Qualifications:
- You are a people person who loves to help and educate others
- You love problem solving and know how to ask good questions to mine out what's important to others
- You know how to effectively communicate details and deliverables with care
- You have a knack for writing
- You have 3-5 years of experience in a client service role (for the Sr. Client Success Strategist level, you'll have already had several years of marketing agency experience across several different clients)
