Lifecycle Automation Manager

Location: Lakeland, FL (Remote)

Experience: 3+ Years


The Lifecycle Automation Manager is responsible for the implementation of successful lead nurturing strategies across a range of customer relationship management platforms (CRMs).


This position will collaborate closely with all agency departments to provide successful lead nurturing results to franchise clients. This may include providing creative insights to our in-house creative team, sharing high quality lead source insights with our media buying team or collaborating with our reporting team to tell a comprehensive story about the user journey. The expertise of this role will also support a team of account executives on client-facing communications, like strategy presentations or collaboration sessions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and implementation of omnichannel campaigns with a heavy emphasis on email.
  • Development and deployment of SMS and email marketing campaigns.
  • CRM list segmentation and audience building.
  • General CRM data analysis and reporting.
  • Optimize lead nurture strategies, retention, personalization and promotional campaigns for multiple brands.

As with all members of the agency team, the Lifecycle Automation Manager must follow the policies described in the employee handbook, attend all internal meetings, and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times while working to instill a positive work environment at the company.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, advertising and marketing or related fields.
  • Proficient understanding/experience and certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Pardot
  • Demonstration of excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of CRM experience.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to well under pressure.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with team members of various personality types.
  • Demonstrates initiative; is proactive.
  • Detail-oriented


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • General knowledge of Salesforce SalesCloud
  • Understanding of CRM web and app integrations
