The Media Director plays a pivotal role in leading the digital media service offerings for our clients. This individual is tasked with the dual goals of expanding client accounts and elevating campaign successes through innovative digital media strategies. Leveraging organic, social and paid channels, the Media Director ensures our clients' stories are told compellingly, underpinned by robust management and forward-looking reporting methods. This role is crucial in shaping the narrative of campaign performance and results, making data-driven decisions that foster growth and increase client trust and satisfaction.


Successful Outcomes:

  • Client Growth: Achieve a 35% annual revenue growth from the digital media service line by securing new business and enhancing current campaigns.
  • Client Retention: Maintain a 0% reduction rate in media services due to loss to competitors due to weak campaign performance.
  • Employee Retention: Maintain a 36-month retention goal by creating a supportive, growth-focused team environment.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Forge strategic partnerships with key technology and media platforms to provide agency and clients with a competitive advantage.

  • Assess Current State: Within the first 90 days, every 6 months afterwards, conduct a deep dive into the agency's and clients' digital media strategies to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Platform Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in relevant digital media platforms, applying knowledge and experience to optimize existing campaign performance.
  • Build Trust through Expertise: Establish credibility and trust by offering knowledgeable, strategic advice, making complex digital media concepts accessible for both agency and clients.
  • Uniform Client Reporting Framework: Develop and implement a standardized framework for client reporting that ensures consistency, clarity, and value across all accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Over 7 years of digital media experience within an ad agency, including significant leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in client growth and retention through innovative digital media strategies.
  • Expert knowledge of digital media platforms, analytics tools, data visualization tools, and evolving industry trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Search Console and Core Vitals
  • Proven leadership of a high-performing digital media team, with a focus on continuous learning and development.
