The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of marketing projects and initiatives to support the company's growth and brand awareness. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop and execute creative and engaging marketing campaigns, manage trade show events, and maintain the company's digital presence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various projects and channels, collaborating with the Director of Marketing and outside vendors.
- Manage all aspects of trade show and event logistics, including travel, booth setup, and on-site management.
- Oversee the creation and consistency of promotional items and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets for trade shows, events, and campaigns.
- Research market trends and help define marketing strategies to reach target audiences.
- Manage projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain website content, design, and development with external vendors.
- Collaborate with outside vendors to create multimedia marketing assets, such as commercials, animations, podcasts, and videos.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on content development.
- Manage databases, marketing files, digital asset management system, content calendars, and event calendars.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications required
- 3+ years of marketing, advertising, or trade show/event planning experience preferred
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Wrike, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Graphic Design skills a plus
