Senior Project Manager

The Sr Project Manager plays a crucial role in managing and delivering projects across various brand, marketing, and digital media services. This individual is responsible for informing scopes of work in the pre-sale phase, managing resources, creating project plans, ensuring timely delivery, and overseeing budgets. By owning all processes related to workflow and service delivery, the Sr Project Manager ensures that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, fostering client satisfaction and trust.


Successful Outcomes:

  • Inform Scopes of Work: Provide detailed scopes of work during the pre-sale phase based on required deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  • Resource Management: Manage all full-time and contract resources, scheduling their availability and weekly workloads.
  • Project Planning: Create comprehensive project plans for all new scopes of work sold.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure work is completed on time by effectively managing resource scheduling and holding others accountable.
  • Budget Management: Oversee all cost-of-goods budgets related to external contracts within allocated budgets.
  • Invoicing: Initiate all invoicing to finance based on predefined milestones or billing terms.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Provide accurate revenue forecasts based on project timelines and budgets.
  • Workflow Ownership: Own all processes related to workflow and service delivery, ensuring consistent and efficient operations.


Short Term Success:

  • Contractor Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding of new contractors, integrating them into existing time tracking, payroll, workflows and processes.
  • Weekly Milestone Invoicing: Implement and oversee weekly milestone invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • System Assessments and Improvements: Conduct thorough assessments of current systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • ClickUp Workflows: Optimize ClickUp workflows to enhance project management efficiency and team collaboration.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prioritize budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate financial planning and resource allocation.

  • Experience: Proven experience in project management within an advertising or marketing agency with an understanding of the various project types.

  • Math Minded: Strong proficiency in spreadsheets, formulas, and forecasting, all critical to success in this role.
